Orders and Returns
ORDERS
Our items are MADE TO ORDER. Allow an average of 2-5 business days for processing plus an additional 5-10 business days for shipping and delivery. Please double check your order details including items in cart and billing & shipping address information before confirming your order. Once orders are submitted, we are unable to make any changes.
ITEMS ORDERED IN DIFFERENT PRODUCT CATEGORIES WILL ARRIVE SEPARATELY
We use different manufacturing and fulfillment partners located in different locations. Therefore, it is not possible for your order to arrive in one package if you've ordered between our available product categories.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER THEREFORE WE OFFER NO REFUNDS.
We are unable to cancel your order once received as it goes into production immediately. Please be certain of your purchase details including the item, colors, sizes, delivery address, etc., when placing your order.
For PERSONALIZED ITEMS no refunds or exchanges are offered at this time (of course we will make an exception if an error is made on our end).
For NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS we will offer an exchange as long as we are notified within 30 business days from date of purchase. Item must be returned in condition as it was received and customer must be willing to cover the cost of shipping to return and receive exchanged items. No refunds are offered at this time.
DAMAGED GOODS EXCEPTION
If there is an error or damage resulting from the shipment of your order, please contact us immediately so that we may assess the situation. We will gladly exchange defective product, or give a full refund (minus any and all shipping charges) if we are notified within the first 30 days from the date of shipment with the PHOTO PROOF of damage. No refunds or exchanges will be provided past the 30 day cut off.
