Shipping Policy

Order Processing

As a made-to-order business, each item is custom-made just for you once your order is placed. Therefore, please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipping. All of our products are made and shipped in the US.

Please double-check your order details, including items in the cart and billing & shipping address information before confirming your order. Once the orders are submitted, we are unable to make any changes.

Shipping Time

Normal turnaround (printing + ground shipping) is 5 to 10 business days. 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the US can take an additional 7-12 business days.

Rush shipping is always available at an additional cost. Please contact us before purchasing if you'd like to access any of these specialized shipping options as they are not available on our website.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as holiday periods or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress. If you don't receive your tracking information within five days of placing your order, please feel free to reach out to us at info@homebody-shop.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We aim to deliver your order on time, but delays can occasionally occur. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us and we will assist you in tracking down your order. 

Shipping protection can be purchased for an additional cost. If you purchase this protection, we will reship your item, at no cost to you, in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If an item is declared undeliverable by our shipping partners due to a customer error, the customer is required to cover the cost to re-ship the item.
